Our Story
Professional Expansion was created to help companies connect with qualified, reliable, internationally-minded talent. Built on the foundation of the EPEX program, established in 2006 in Chihuahua City, Mexico by our founder Alma Baca, PX evolved from years of experience creating professional opportunities through internships, trainee programs, and international placements.
Today, PX supports companies through permanent recruitment, global talent placement, internship programs, and trainee opportunities. We work closely with both employers and candidates to ensure each placement is not only professionally qualified, but also aligned with the company's culture, expectations, and long-term goals.

Alma is passionate about helping young professionals achieve their full potential. She believes in opportunities for those who work hard, and that belief led her to start EPEX in 2006. Ever since then, the program evolved into the full-fledged hiring agency Professional Expansion is today.
